I work with Individuals, Young Adults & Women dealing with issues such as: Trauma & The Effects of Trauma – Trauma takes many forms, but can look like Sexual Abuse, Emotional Abuse, PTSD, Traumatic Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Dissociation & more. Women’s Issues – Often rooted in attachment wounds from childhood; Self-Worth, Eating Disorders, Self-Harm, Life Transitions, Divorce, Affairs, Coping Skills, Relationship Disfunction & more. Migraines Headaches & Chronic Pain – The constant pain experienced from migraines and any chronic pain condition can be debilitating and also mentally draining. For many, these are symptoms rooted in a trauma we have experienced. Resolving the trauma can greatly reduce or eliminate these symptoms.
I often integrate several therapy methods that fit the needs of each client. include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR – Level II), Animal Assisted Therapy (Canine) and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
