The organization environment of market leaders does not allow them to pursue disruptive technology when they first arise, because all the procedures in big organizations are slower than in start-ups and normally huge organizations even though they have a lot of cash, they don’t have this quick and nimble strategy. It is not always like this, but if we recall at the history, most of the notable disruptive innovations were introduced by unknown individuals, individuals who lived their concept and who worked on it putting all enthusiasm to the work.
