Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the Festival, emphasized the holistic nature of culture, which encompasses films, media, fashion, design, and notably, food.

The session was inaugurated by His Excellency Ali Achoui, Ambassador of Algeria to India, and Alfredo Caldera, Cultural Counsellor of the Embassy of Venezuela and Marat Melikyan Counsellor Embassy of Armenia.. In his address, H.E. Ali Achoui expressed his pride in showcasing Algerian cuisine on an international platform and praised the festival for its role in cultural diplomacy. Alfredo Caldera echoed these sentiments, noting the significance of such events in strengthening cultural ties and mutual appreciation.
